主动视觉平台机构的传动系统设计

摘    要:研究一种基于六自由度并联机构的主动视觉平台。在对六自由度并联机构空间运动进行分析的基础上,实现了对视觉系统平台的以大的旋转角度、灵巧度为目标的参数优化设计,根据系统特点采用了虎克铰连接结构及滚珠丝杠驱动结构,完成了虚拟样机的设计。主要阐述该样机传动系统的设计。

Abstract:An active vision platform was designed based on six-DOF parallel device according to the kinematical analysis to the device.The parameter optimization of the active vision platform was done,which aimed at large-angel rotate and dexterous structure.A hooke hinge connection structure and a ball screw drive structure were adopted according to the characteristic of the system.A specifical virtual machine was designed.The transmission system design of the virtual machine was expatiated.
