摘    要:针对叶片零件顶端修复过程中由于几何形体差异导致的难以通过固定夹具夹紧叶片的问题,开展自适应于叶片型面的夹具设计与加工过程变形分析。根据叶片顶端特征的修复需求,采用球端针式螺钉阵列对叶片型面进行夹紧。通过有限元软件分析叶片模型夹紧力与加工变形,可知:合理确定螺钉阵列的位置分布与夹紧力大小,使叶片受力均匀,可减少叶片在顶端加工过程中的变形量。

Abstract:In the repair process of blade components,there is a difficult problem due to the geometrical shape difference.The blade can not be clamped through a fixed fixture.To slove the problem,an adaptive fixture was designed for repair of blade tip feature.According to the application requirements,ball-end screw array was adopted to clamp the blade.Based on the structure designed,the clamping force was calculated and the deformation caused by cutting force was analyzed through finite element analysis.As a result,with appropriate clamping force and position,less deformation caused by cutting force can be achieved for the repair of blade tip feature.
