基于Ethernet-CAN的多轴运动控制系统的研究

摘    要:讨论一种基于Ethernet-CAN的多轴运动控制系统。该系统在实现多轴控制的同时也实现了CAN现场总线与Eth-ernet的互联,进而实现了CAN总线接入因特网的目的。实验结果表明:该系统控制精度高、响应速度快、低速运行平稳,同时还具有连接简单、系统可靠和易于实现等优点。

Abstract:An Ethernet-CAN network based multi-axis motion control system was discussed.In the system,the multi-axis control function was realized as well as the interconnection between Ethernet and field bus,and the interconnection between Internet and field bus was realized.Experimental results show the system has high precision,fast response and low speed stability,meanwhile,the system is proved to be simple to connect,more reliable and easier to realize.
