| 摘 要： | 主要讨论托辊径跳参数的在线检测方案。根据托辊产品的特点及装配过程对径跳参数采集与处理过程进行分析,在对托辊径跳检测过程进行静态和动态的数学建模与分析过程中,提出几个新的用于托辊在线检测过程分析的概念。这些概念的引入方便了对检测过程的分析,从而对检测过程数据采样参数的确定提供了理论指导。

| Abstract: | The online test scheme of the carry idler’s radial jump was discussed.The process of the data collecting and processing was analyzed according to the character of the carrying idler and the assembly process.During the process of math model establishment and analysis,several new concepts were established.The introduction of these concepts greatly simplify the analysis of the data sampling and processing process and help to define some character data. |
