| 摘 要： | 井口控制柜是高压气井重要的控保设备。针对目前使用的井口控制柜存在的缺陷,提出一种远程关断控制思想。通过对控制柜进行改造,由单井远程终端单元无线传输控制信号,实现中控室远程关井。实验结果表明:该方法切实可行,很大程度上增强了液控柜可靠性和安全性。

| Abstract: | The gas wellhead control cabinet is the important protective device of high pressure gas wells.A concept of remote shutdown was offered according to the defect of control cabinet used recently.The wells were shut down in central control room by the control signal transmitted wirelessly via RTU(Remote Terminal Units)after the control cabinet was rebuilt.Experimental result shows that the method is feasible,and the reliability and security of control cabinet are enhanced greatly. |
