基于LabVIEW的轴线直线度误差测量系统开发

摘    要:针对机械制造企业的需要开发了轴线直线度误差测量系统,该系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,用最小二乘法作为评定方法,结合数据采集卡、数字I/O卡、步进电机等硬件实现了直线度误差的自动测量。着重介绍在LabVIEW开发平台下的软件实现方法。实验结果表明:系统操作简单,测量精度高,速度快。该系统的应用有助于提高企业测量的自动化程度。

Abstract:According to the requirement of a manufacturing enterprise,axis straightness error measuring system was developed.In this system,LabVIEW was taken as development platform and the least squares method was used as evaluation method.Hardware parts consisted of data collection card,digital I/O card,stepping motor,etc.The implementation method of software based on LabVIEW was emphasized.Experimental results show that this system has simple operation,high precision and fast speed.The application of this system will help to improve the degree of automation of the enterprise.
