高压水泵曲轴的加工工艺设计与分析

摘    要:针对高压柱塞水泵原有主轴整体结构存在的加工工艺问题,提出一种采用两段分体结构的曲轴加工的改进设计方案,简化加工工艺。对改进后曲轴组合体的结构进行的有限元模态分析表明:两段式分体加工可以满足强度设计要求,能更好地保证加工精度。

Abstract:To solve the crankshaft machining process questions on the positive displacement hydraulic pump,a new type of crankshaft machining process composed of two different construction parts was put forward to simplify machining process.It is shown by the finite element modal analysis to the structure of improved combinational crankshaft that: the design purpose of strength to two different construction parts can be fulfilled,and machining precision can be ensured.
