| 摘 要： | 井架的极限承载能力是井架工作性能的一个重要标志,受到各种损伤、缺陷的影响。以非线性分析理论为依据,对完好井架及损伤井架进行几何非线性和双重非线性分析,得到不同损伤因子作用下的井架剩余承载能力;对3种损伤因子进行敏感度函数分析和正交设计试验,定量分析不同损伤因子对井架极限承载能力影响的敏感性。研究表明:双重非线性分析得到的井架极限承载力更准确;不同损伤因子对井架极限承载力的敏感性影响具有分段性。

| Abstract: | The ultimate loading capacity is an important symbol of derrick capacity,which is affacted by various demages in different degrees.Based on nonlinear theory,the perfect and demaged derricks were analyzed under the conditions of geometrical nonlinear and bi-nonlinear theories.Residual capacity of the derricks under the actions of different damage factors was achieved.The analysis of sensitivity function and orthogonal tests of three demage facrors were made to quantitatively analyse the sensitive effect on derrick ultimate loading capacity.The conclusions are as followed:derrick loading capacity achieved through bi-nonlinear theory is more accurate and conservative,different demage factors affect derrick ultimate loading capacity in different degrees. |
