低速大扭矩控制系统研究

摘    要:为满足国内某知名航空公司对低速大扭矩控制系统的设计要求:低速、大扭矩、高精度、高反馈,进行设计,给出液压系统原理图,选取液压元件,建立系统控制模型,基于Matlab进行液压控制系统校正仿真。结果表明:所设计的系统具有十分好的稳定性和控制精度,具有一定的应用前景。

Abstract:The demands of a famous airplane company to high torque servo system with low speed are low speed,high torque,great precision and high feedback.To meet the demands,the hydraulic system diagram was designed.The hydraulic elements were chosen.The system control model was built.The simulation was made with Matlab.It is showed the designed system has great stability and control precision.It has good application prospect.
