| 摘 要： | 为改善湘钢二烧烧结矿的粒度组成和提高其强度，对该厂烧结矿的粒度组成进行了现场测试，并就该厂生产条件下适宜的生产参数进行了试验研究。结果表明，提高料层厚度和尽量用焦粉取代煤粉，均有利于提高烧结矿的平均粒度。在碱度为2．0或1．7时，采用不同的燃料配比和混合料水分，均可获得强度及平均粒度较好的烧结矿。

| Abstract: | Point to optimization the sinter size composition and its strenth, the site measurements were conducted , and the proper operation parameters were studied.The results show that increasing the bed depth and using cock breeze to replace coal fines , all are benificial to increase mean patical size of sinter.At the basicit 2. 0 or 1.7,using different fuel proportioning ratio and mix moisture, the sinter of preferable strenth and size composition can obtained. |
