滴流床设计放大中的重要参数及其数学模型

摘    要:讨论了在滴流床放大过程中必须加以考虑的重要物理和化学因素以及这些因素对设计放大的影响.介绍了确定这些参数的原理和方法,推荐了用于计算这些参数的关系式,列举了用于不同反应系统的数学模型,比较了模型预测值与实验值.

Abstract:The most important physical and chemical factors which affect scale up and design of tricklebed reactors have been discussed and the principle and method to determine some hydrodynamic parameters were introduced. The correlations calculating these parameters are recommended.The mathematical models of trickle-bed reactors for different reaction systems are singled out and comparison of model prediction and experimental data has been conducted.
