莼菜多糖提取工艺研究中的IR光谱分析

摘    要:对以湖北利川地区莼菜为原料的不同提取工艺条件制备的莼菜多糖进行了红外光谱分析研究,并将它们与莼菜粘液进行对照.结果表明,不同的提取工艺条件对多糖的含量及多糖结构破坏有影响.

Abstract:Analysis on polysaccharide extracting from Brasenia schreberi of habitatLichuan,Hubei province in sereral processes by IR spectrophotometry as introduced in this paper.We find that the extraction conditions influence the content and structure of the polysaccharide.
