栀子黄色素浸出工艺改进的研究

摘    要:为降低天然栀子黄色素生产的成本,改进了传统栀子黄色素的浸出工艺。通过单因素试验确定传统单罐间歇式浸出栀子黄色素的浸出条件,并在此基础上改进工艺,采用多级逆流浸出的方法浸出栀子黄色素。该方法可提高浸出液中色素的浓度,降低溶剂的用量。

Abstract:To reduce the operating costs on natural Gardenia yellow pigment,the extraction technology was checked and modified in this study.The optimal condition of one pot intermittently extraction is determined by single factor experiments.And based on it an improved method of extraction is introduced.It is multilevel counter-flow extraction.Taking multilevel counter-flow to extract the natural Gardenia yellow pigment can deep the pigment solution,reduce the volume of solvent and doesn't need reclaim the solvent.
