Abstract:Food-borne zoonoses are diseases, usually after ingesting food contaminated by microorganisms common to humans and vertebrates, which can be transmitted between humans and vertebrates. With the development of dietary habits and animal husbandry, food-borne zoonoses has posed a more severe challenge to food safety, human public health safety and the sustainable development of animal husbandry. The global spread of food-borne zoonoses in recent years are precisely caused by human''s bad dietary habits, lack of awareness of harmonious coexistence between human and nature, and insufficient ability of prevention and control of public health risks. Therefore, it is very necessary to understand the extant prevention and control measures and detection methods for food-borne zoonosis, and to further develop safe, effective, rapid and economical detection methods for food-borne zoonoses. This paper introduced the common detection means of foodborne zoonotic pathogens represented by bacteria, viruses and parasites, in order to provide a reference for food quality and safety control, and also provide a research basis for the development of new technologies.
