厚大型铸钢件防粘砂涂料的研制与应用

摘    要:分析了厚大型铸钢件粘砂的机理,通过实验研究了可以替代铬铁矿砂的防渗透粘砂铸造涂料.实验表明,该涂料具有悬浮性高,刷感好,强度高的特点,不仅能起到防钢水渗透粘砂作用,提高铸件表面质量,而且由于取代了铬铁矿砂面砂工艺,简化了操作,降低了成本.

Abstract:In this article, sand burning mechanism of heavy section cast steel is analyzed. A new kind of core and sand mold coating that can be used to avoid steel melts seeping into core and sand mold is studied. Experiments show that the brushed easily and coating can be has good floatability, and high surface strength. The coating can be used not only to improve the surface quality, eliminate sand burning, but also to replace the the traditional surface chromium sand method. Therefore, the production cost is cut to low level. The coating has been produced in large scale.
