摘    要:采用原位自生合成法制备了TiCp/Fe复合材料。借助光学显微镜及扫描电镜等,研究了Sn对TiCp/Fe复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随Sn含量增加,组织中片状石墨有害相得到有效抑制,且TiCp/Fe复合材料硬度、抗拉强度和冲击韧性也得到明显提高。分析得出制备TiCp/Fe复合材料的最佳Sn成分为0.1%~0.15%。

Abstract:TiC reinforced Fe matrix composites have been prepared by in-situ reaction synthesis process. The influences of stannum on the microstructure and properties of TiCp/Fe composite have been investigated by using optical microscopy and SEM. Results show that with the increasing of stannum, not only the flake graphite is suppressed effectively, but also the hardness, tensile strength and impact toughness of the TiCp/Fe composite were improved obviously. Further analysis shows that 0.1%-0.15% Sn is the suitable content.
