| 摘 要： | 提出反相高效液相色谱法跟踪监测氯噻硝基呱残留量的方法。反相Kromasil C18柱，甲醇-乙腈-水（V/V）=35：5：60为流动相，紫外270nm检测，外标法定量。线性范围0．005-0．100g/L，r=0．9999，方法回收率和标准偏差分别是 98．10％和1．69％（n=6），氯噻硝基呱的检测限在0．03 mg/L。
