摘    要:风冷干式排渣系统在我国火力发电厂大中型机组中应用广泛。对某台超超临界1 000MW机组分别采用斗提机、两级输送、一步上仓3种风冷干式排渣工艺的技术经济性进行了分析。结果表明,两级输送工艺运行平稳,但投资费用最高;斗提机工艺配置设备最多,故障点多,维护工作量较大;一步上仓工艺设备配置简单,运行维护方便;一步上仓工艺与斗提机工艺投资费用基本相同。

Abstract:The air-cooling dry bottom ash handling systems are widely used for large-and medium-capacity units in our country.The techno-economic efficiency of three air-cooling dry bottom ash handling technologies,namely bucket elevator method,two-stage conveying method,and one-step into bunket method,used separately to one ultra-supercritical 1 000 MW unit has been analysed.Results show that the two-stage conveying method can be stable in operation,but the capital investment is the highest;the bucket elevator method has too much equipments to be allocated,may have many fault points,boasting larger amount of reqair and maintenance work;the one-step into bunker method has simple equipment,being convenient in operation and maintenance,and its capital investment being basically the same with that in the bucket elevator method.
