稀土偶联剂对PP/云母体系性能的影响

摘    要:研究了稀土偶联剂(REC)对PP/云母体系的流动性能,力学性能及老化性能的影响,未经处理的云母在填充量为50%时,冲击强度为PP的70%,熔体质量流动速率(MFR)低于0.5g/10min,而云母用质量分数为2.5%的REC处理后,填充量为50%的体系冲击强度接近PP,MFR达1.18g/10min,研究还表明,稀土偶联剂对体系光氧老化过程无明显影响。

Abstract:The effects of rare earth complex(REC) as a coupling agent on the flowability,mechanical properties and ageing property of PP/mica were investigated When the content of the untreated mica was 50%(mass fraction),the impact strength of the PP filled with the mica was 70% of that of pure PP and the MFR of the system was less than 0 5g/10min,while the PP filled with same loading of REC treated filler had almost same value of impact strength with pure PP and MFR of 1 18g/10min,which showed REC had obvious effect on the modification of mica,but no effect on the photo oxidation of the system
