| 摘 要： | 本文以高效液相色谱(HPLC)作为分离手段,以偏振同步荧光法为检测手段,实现了环境样品中芴、苊的在线同时测定。本方法对芴、苊检测限分别为0.039mg/L 和0.046mg/L。将该方法用于大气、海洋沉积物样品中芴、苊的在线同时测定、结果满意。

| Abstract: | A novel analytical method has been established for on-line simultaneous determination of fluorene and acenaphthene by polarization synchronous fluorometry(PSF)hyphenated with HPLC.The detection limits were 0.039 and 0.046 mg L~(-1)for fluorene and acenaphthene,respec- tively.The proposed method has been successfully applied to simultaneous determination of fluo- rene and acenaphthene in environmental air and marine sediment samples. |
