摘    要:利用超重力反应结晶法分离工业尾气氨和二氧化碳以获得高纯氨,并将分离后的二氧化碳与氯化钙在超重力反应器中生产超细碳酸钙.讨论了各种实验条件对分离效果和碳酸钙形态和粒度的影响.副产制得的纺锤型超细碳酸钙可以广泛应用于造纸行业.

Abstract:Ammonia with high purity is obtained from industrial tail gas containing ammonia and carbon dioxide by high gravity reactive precipitation.The obtained carbon dioxide is reacted with calcium chloride solution in high gravity reactor to produce ultra fine calcium carbonate.The reaction conditions affected on the separation efficiency and shape of calcium carbonate and its granularity are also studied.This spindle calcium carbonate can be used especially as filler for paper to improve its properties in paper making industry.
