| 摘 要： | 本文分析 TFT-LCD 显示单元间耦合电容、液晶材料介电各向异性对象素电极电压的影响,在此基础上讨论其显示特性。分析了引起 TFT-LCD 显示残象、闪烁以及影响灰度的主要原因,并介绍改善图象质量的几种方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the influence of the coupling capacitances between electrodes ofTFT-LCDs and the dielectric anisotropy of the LC material on pixel-electrode voltage.On this basis,the display characteristics of the TFT-LCDs are discussed.The main factors that lead to sticking ef-fect,flicker and gray scale degradation are given,along with some methods to improve the picturequality. |
