Abstract:The status quo of the human resources in China can't adapt to the global competition.How to exploit and utilize the human resources effectively is the problem that the salt enterprise is faced with now.This paper expatiates the urgency of accelerating the change of traditional human management in the present intelligent economy times,and it also puts forward several countermeasures to exploit the human resources.
