基于ATT7022B三相精确计量智能电能表设计

摘    要:设计主要以三相电能专用计量芯片ATT7022B和8位超低功耗单片机(MCU)AT89S52为核心,应用模块化设计思想对具体电路进行硬件设计和软件编程。为提高计量精度,设计采用双变比电流测量技术来实现电能表实时分段计量及负荷分段计量。MCU通过SPI通讯口实时地访问ATT7022B,起到实时监控电网中的电流电压值、有功功率、无功功率、电能、功率因数等各类参数。通过RS-485或红外接口实现远程或红外抄表。此设计具有全量程精度均衡、精确计量、功能强大等特点。

Abstract:The design mainly takes three-phase electrical energy special-purpose measurement chip ATT7022B and 8-bit ultra low power loss SCM(MCU) AT89S52 as the core,blocking idea on the hardware design and software programming of specified circuits was applied.For enhancing the measurement accuracy,the design used double voltage-ratio current measuring technique to realize the real-time partition measurement and load partition measurement.SPI communication port MCU visits ATT7022B in real time,which can be monitoring electrical network's each kind of parameters,including electric current and voltage value,active power,reactive power,energy and power-factor.Through the RS-485 or the infrared connection port can realize remote or infrared read.The design has the characteristics of the balance-precision in entire measurement,the precise measurement,the powerful function etc.
