| 摘 要： | 节能发电调度是对我国现行电力调度运行方式的一次重大变革。如何有效地利用好这一机制，使之服务于我国电力工业的可持续发展尚存许多问题。简要阐述了实施节能发电调度的意义，分析了中国电力工业实施节能发电调度面临的问题，提出了积极实施节能发电调度的有关建议。
