| 摘 要： | 具有反调节性能的水电站与其上游水电站是一组联合运行的水电站。由于反调节电站工程量大，投资较高，且本身电量不多，因而在对其进行财务分析时，还贷期上网电价较高。如何全面客观地评价反调节水电站及其对上游水电站所带来的效益，特别是在通航河流上修建反调节电站，对其财务评价应如何反映？本文对此进行了探索，并给出一个工程实例加以说明；还提出了降低还贷期上网电价的３个途径。

| Abstract: | The hydro plant with compensating reservoir is running jointly with the upstream hydro plant.However, the plant with compensating reservoir has smaller caP8city and can not produce enough amount of electricity. In construction it has larger amount of engineering quantity and higher investment. Hence in economic analysis the question is how to evaluate its benefit objectively, especially when it is on the navigable river. In the text is given an engineering example to discuss the question and three ways of reducing price of power supplied to network during the period of paying off loans are propsed. |
