摘    要:针对控制面板的特点,分析了塑件的成形工艺,并制定了注射模设计的方案。在模具中巧妙地设计了双向脱模机构。生产证明,模具结构稳定,效果很好。

Abstract:The design plan of the injection mould for control panel was determined based on the analysis on the structure and forming technology. A bidirectional stripping mechanism was used to make the plastic part stripping from both fixed half and moving half. Practical experience shows that the mould is stable in structure and effective in operation.
