开滦肥煤物化特性的研究

摘    要:为研究稀有肥煤难选的物化特性,以开滦集团钱家营选煤厂入选肥煤为研究对象,对其进行显微组分分析、孔隙度分析、X射线衍射物相分析、煤化程度分析以及密度粒度分析测定。结果表明:该煤的显微组分中惰质组约占1/3,致使煤样不易浮;裂隙中富集异质细泥与煤形成竞争性吸附,造成原煤难选;煤样中存在较多粘土类矿物并呈致密嵌布,将加大浮选难度;煤样中含有大量烷烃、醇类化合物和高岭土等物质;煤泥中间密度含量较大,实际可浮性较差;细泥-0.074mm含量大,属于高灰细泥,因此认为该煤样的天然可浮性难浮。

Abstract:Maceral analysis,porosity analysis,x-ray diffraction phase analysis,coal rank analysis,density and particle weremeasured in order to study the Physico-chemical properties of Kailuan coal.The results show that there are about 1/3 inertinite in the coal,so it is hard to float.Finemud enriched in slit bring about competitive adsorption with the coal,whichmakes the flotation difficult.much clay tight distributed in the coal also increase the difficulty of flotation.There are a lot of alkanes,alcohol compounds a...
