煤矿坑道钻机液压系统可靠性设计分析

摘    要: 现代煤矿坑道钻机的工作装置大多采用液压控制技术来实现,因此液压系统的可靠性直接影响整机的可靠性。应用系统工程理论,论述了对液压系统进行广义可靠性设计的重要性,分析了可靠性及其特征值,并从可靠性设计、维修性设计以及可靠性管理三方面考虑,提出了提高液压系统可靠性的有效措施。

Abstract:Working device of tunnel drilling dig mostly adopts hydraulic control technology, so the reliability of drilling is influenced by reliability of hydraulic system directly. Based on systems engineering theory,the significance of general reliability of hydraulic system is discussed, and then,the reliability and characteristic values are also analyzed. Effective measures to improve the reliability of hydraulic system are proposed under the considerations of the reliability design, maintenance availability design and reliability management.
