摘    要: 摘 要: 油液污染度控制对于保证具有润滑及液压系统的大型设备正常运转非常重要。油污染在线监测技术是目前油液监测领域的研究热点,而油液污染度传感器的研制是油污染在线监测技术的核心。本文首先介绍了油液污染度传感器的原理及相应的产品,而后针对当前已有传感器不能满足煤矿现场使用的特点,自行研发了煤矿井下重载齿轮油污染度传感器,该传感器具有单光路与双光路两种结构形式,经初步实验,传感器达到了预期的效果。

Research and Development in Oil Pollution Sensor of Heavy Loaded Gear
Abstract:Abstract: The oil contamination control is very important for the normal operation of the Large Machinery with lubrication and hydraulic system. The in-line oil contamination Monitoring technology is the research hotspots of the field of oil contamination monitoring while the development of the oil contamination sensor is the core of the in-line oil contamination monitoring technology. The paper firstly introduces the theory and the corresponding products of the oil contamination sensors and then based on the situation that all existing sensors couldn’t meet the use of the coal mine, the oil contamination sensor with two structures for the heavy gear oil is developed. After the preliminary experiment, the sensor can achieve the desired effect.
