油气勘探成本发展趋势及控制

本文分析了油气勘探成本的发展趋势及其控制因素。勘探成本升降的关键因素是勘探成效,由此降低勘探成本必须从提高勘探效益的这一基本环节着手。“九五”期间油气勘探工程成本呈上升趋势,但储量成本上升幅度低于物价上升指数。加强地质综合研究,加大新技术投入的力度,更新发展思路,降低工程成本,控制决策成本,实现勘探要素的最佳组合,从而形成提高勘探效益、达到降低勘探成本的目标。

PETROLEUM EXPLORATION COST AND ITS CONTROL

This paper analyzes the trend of petroleum exploration cost and its control. The key factor of exploration cost down or up depends on exploration effectiveness high or low. Therefore, to reduce exploration cost has had to proceed from enhancing exploration effectiveness. AUthor considers that in "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period the exploration engineering will be up trend. But the raising degree of reserve cost is lower than raising exponent of commodity prices. Thus, the strength of comprehensive geology and new technology study must be increased. Decision level has to be improved and developing meditation has to be renewed. Then, exploration efficiency can be improved and finally, the goal of controlling exploration cost can be achieved.
