茂金属弹性体在聚丙烯薄膜中的应用

摘    要:以茂金属弹性体为增韧树脂,对聚丙烯(PP)进行共混增韧改性,用下吹水冷方法生产PP薄膜。测试结果表明,改性后的PP薄膜,在保持其优良挺括性的同时,提高了在低温条件下的耐冲击和跌落性能。

Abstract:With metallocene elastomer as toughening resin, Polypropylene is modified in blending toughening and produced into blown film by water-cooled downward extrusion method. Testing results showed that at the same time of the modified PP film being retentice of stiffness, its resistance to impact at low temperature is improved, solving the defects in the self.standing packing sack of PP film under low temperature condition.
