摘    要:无筛板沸腾氯化法与熔盐氯化法是目前生产TiCl4的两种主要工艺,分别是我国和前苏联钛冶金工作者针对各自地区所拥有的可用于TiCl4生产的原料而独创的生产方法,均对世界钛冶金工业的发展做出了巨大贡献。首先简要概述了两种氯化法生产TiCl4的特点,对比分析了两种方法每生产1t粗TiCl4所消耗的原料和产生的废料,以及各自的优缺点,指出采用无筛板沸腾氯化法生产的粗TiCl4的质量不如熔盐氯化法,我国的无筛板沸腾氯化法仍需继续改进。

The Discussion of TiCI4 Production Process of Boiling Chlorination without Sieve Plates and Melting Salt Chlorination

Abstract:Boiling chlorination without sieve plates and melting salt chlorination are the two main processes for TiC14 production, which all have made great contributions to the development of titanium metallurgical industry in the world. The characteristics of the two chlorination methods were firstly summarized, then the index between boiling chlorination without sieve plates and melting salt chlorination for the production of 1 t crude TIC1, was compared, and the strong and weak points were analyzed. Finally, it was found that the quality of crude TiC14 produced by molten salt chlorina- tion was better than boiling chlorination without sieve plates, and the boiling chlorination without sieve plates created by Chinese titanium metallurgy workers still needed to be improved.
