基于PLC和称重仪表的自动配料系统设计

摘    要:针对保护材料生产行业中的配料环节,介绍了一种全自动配料系统的设计方法,系统以工控机为主站,以PLC,变频器和称重仪表为从站,使用Profibus总线进行主从通信,IPC上采用紫金桥组态软件设计人机界面,运行结果表明系统不但具有很高的效率,同时也稳定,可靠。

Abstract:For the produce of materials protecting,this paper introduced a method of auto ingredients.The system used the IPC as main station,used the PLC and the frequency converter as from station,and used the Profibus as communication protocol.In IPC,we used the Real Configuration Software to develop the Human-Machine Interface.The practices show that this method is efficient,stable and reliable.
