摘    要:介绍了某舰载搜索雷达高速轻型天线座及其天线罩的设计。该天线座采用了无刷电机、无数据链、舷角直接驱动、高精度行星减速器等先进技术,实现了稳定平台高精度、短周期、大角度摇摆以及天线高速旋转。

Abstract:In this paper, the design of antenna pedestal and its radome with high rotation speed and lightweight for a shipborne surveillance radar is presented. This antenna pedestal adopts many advanced techniques, such as brushless motors, non data drive chains, direct drive azimuth rotating pedestal and planet reducer with high accuracy. It realized high rotation speed of antenna and high accuracy, short cycle, pitching and rolling in wide angle of stabilized platform.
