| Abstract: | Sanjiang Plain is one of the important grain production bases and grain reserves with strategic meaning in China. The old plan of Sanjiang Plain was made 30 years ago that cannot meet the requirement made by modem development. Considering the new situation, it is suggested to rewrite the comprehensive plan of the Sanjiang Plain, and the significant meaning, objectives and contents of the new plan are also put forward. |
