基于CAN总线技术的中空成型机温度控制系统

摘    要:针对中空成型机温度控制点多,控制系统安装使用复杂的现状,提出了采用CAN总线技术的系统方案;设计了基于CAN的智能控制模块:由微控制器LPC2294、CAN总线收发器TJA1050T、模数转换器MAX1032、高速光耦6N137和直流电源变换模块等组成;为提高系统抗干扰能力,采用了光电隔离、直流电源变换、电缆屏蔽等硬件措施和数字滤波、软件陷阱、看门狗等软件措施。实验表明,该系统运行稳定,控制精度高、抗干扰能力强,使用方便,可以满足中空成型机及其他塑料机械的控制要求。

Abstract:Against the status quo that the hollow molding machines has many temperature control point and the use of control system and the installing of control system are too complex,a systematic plan based on CAN bus technology has been proposed.A CAN based on intelligent control module has been designed,which consists of microcontroller LPC2294,CAN bus receiver and sender TJA1050T,AD converter MAX103,high-speed optocoupler 6N137 and DC converter module,etc.Optical-electron isolation,DC-DC converter,shielding of cable,software trap,watch dog have been applied in order to improve reliability.The result of experiment show that the system features reliable,high precision control,strong anti-interference and convenient to use and can satisfy all the control application in hollow molding machine and other plastic machine.
