窄深槽磨削中的磨削热分析及控制

摘    要:窄深槽磨削时磨削温度很高,易使工件表面烧伤,加工精度降低,刀具的寿命缩短.从砂轮的结构参数优化、磨削用量和切削液的选择及冷却措施的改善等多方面对降低磨削热的途径进行了阐述.

Abstract:When grinding of narrow and deep slot,grinding temperature is very high,which is easy to cause burns of element surface,reduce machining accuracy and shorten tool service life.The author elabrates the ways for reducing grinding heat in the aspects of optimization of abrasive wheel structure parameters,grinding amount and cutting liquid selection and coolant etc.
