| Abstract: | Based on the fuzziness of real estate transaction cases and quantization the differences of factors,by means of fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,using fuzzy neartude to determine weight,the establishment of evaluation model to revise the price of assessment,makes real estate appraisal more objective,more accurate and more reasonable. |
