XRF靶线标准法测定金首饰中的银

采用 XRF 靶线标准法测定了黄金饰品中银的含量。当银含量小于1.0%时,测定的标准偏差小于0.01%,测定值与标准值的偏差亦小于0.01%,当银含量在1%至8%时,测定的标准偏差小于0.04%,测定值与标准值的偏差小于0.07%。本法能较好地补偿了表面形状对测定结果的影响。本法适用 Au 含量大于92%的饰品。

Determination of Ag in Gold Jewellery by Target Line Standard Method of XRF

This paper described the determination of Ag in gold jewellery by the target line standard method of XRF.While content range of Ag was in 0～1%,the precission(n=6)and the accura- cy was 0.01%;When measurable range was in 1～8%,the precission(n=6)was 0.04% and the accuracy were 0.07%.The influence of surface shape is negligible. This method can only be used to the analysis of jewellery in which the content of Au is≥ 92%.
