伴随着现代企业理财环境的变迁。人们有必要重新审视公司理财目标,并以此作为制定公司经营战略的“轴心”．本通过对历史变迁中的理财目标的系统考察,着重评判了“利润最大化”作为理财目标所表现出来的种种弊端。进而提出在建立和完善现代企业制度的框架下,确立“企业价值最大化”才是公司理财目标的现实选择．

The Maximization of Enterprise Value:a Realistic Choice of a Company in Its Conducting of Financial Transactions

With the changing of the situation of conducting financial transactions of modern enterprises, it is necessary for us to reconsider the aim of a company in its conducting of financial transactions, and take it as the "axis" of a company when making its operating tactics. Having made a systematic observation on the historical changing of the aim of a company in its conducting of financial transactions, the author emphatically passes judgment on malpractices of "maximize profit" of a company in its conducting of financial transactions; and then puts forward an opinion that under the frame of the perfect system of modern enterprises, the maximization of enterprise value is the realistic choice of a company in its conducting of financial transactions.
