摘    要:通过分析了糖厂中糖蜜酒精废液的化学成分,并根据螺旋藻的混合营养特性,阐述了螺旋藻的生长条件及这类酒精废液物改性途径,论述了高效混合营养型螺旋藻种驯化与筛选问题,提出利用螺旋藻高速藻池(HRAP)培养系统处理这类酒精废液的工艺路线。

Abstract:Exogenous organic substrates can be used for growth of blue -green alga Spirulina under light .This ability shows a potential possibility to treat the molasses-alcoholic wastewater produced by sugar mill. According to the mixotrophic nutrition characterastics of Spirulina and the analysis of chemical compounds of the wastewater, the natural growth conditions of Spirulina were described and a method to modify the wastewater were also given to be suitable for Spirulina cultivation. The domestication and screening of high efficient mixotrophic species of Spirulina were discussed. A technological process was put forward for the treatment of this wastewater by high rate alga pend (HRAD)" cultivation system of Spirulina.
