催化剂陈化方式和条件对合成钛系1,2—聚丁二烯的影响

摘    要:Ti(n-C_8H_(17)O)_4-Al(i-C_4H_9)_3为催化剂合成1, 2-聚丁二烯,采用Ti-Bd-Al三元陈化方式,考查了不同陈化条件对聚合的影响。结果发现,当Al:Ti:Bd=10~15:1:20,在75-90℃高温条件下,陈化1.5-0.5小时,体系的催化活性较催化剂组分单加或室温陈化可提高50%以上,而Al的用量却降低了50-70%,所得聚丁二烯分子量高,分子量分窄,凝胶含量也较少。


Effect of Aging Method and Condition on Polymerization of Butadiene with Triisobutylalumiaum and n—Octyl Titanate System
Abstract:When 1, 2—polybutadiene is synthesised with Ti(n—C_3H_(17)O)_4— Al(i—C_4H_9)_3 system as catalyst, a method of triad high temperature aging of Ti-Bd-Al is adopted.On Conditions that the temperature was 75-90℃,Al: Ti : Bd=10-15: 1: 20,and catalyst aging period 1.5—0.5hr, the catalyst activity of polymerization of butadiene could increase by more than 50% over that when the catalyst components were fed one by one or when aging proceeded in room temperature. On the other hand, the dosage of triisobutylaluminum might decrease by 50— 70%. The molecular weight of obtained polybutadiene is higher, the molecular weight distribution is narrower and the gel content is less than that by the usual feeding method
