| 摘 要： | 根据系统响应函数理论，提出了应用于地表地下水联合管理问题的广义响应函数概念，将水文模型从整个管理模型中分出，求得系统对各种控制变量的广义响应函数矩阵，再与优化模型耦合，从而使复杂的联合管理问题得到简化。

| Abstract: | The concept of generalized response function is established to describe state response of conjunctive management of ground and surface water system with distributed-parameter. The expressions are derived for two cases of conjunctive use: river-aquifer system and reservoir-aquifer system. A river-aquifer conjunctive use system is taken as case study. It is showed that the result is satisfactory. |
