基于整个输电网GPS行波故障定位系统的研究

摘    要:输电线路行波故障定位具有很高的精度,但需要高速A/D采集,大量数据存储,复杂的行波波头辨识,且对发展性故障,近距离故障的测量处理比较困难。提出采用专用行波波头检测传感器,高精度的GPS时钟及存储行波波头时刻的高效存取方法,设计了行波波头记录仪,在每个变电站只需安装一台记录仪,与调度通信,构成输电网GPS行波测量网络,直接测量故障行波波头到达各个变电站的准确时刻,由调度进行故障定位。

Abstract:The fault location system based on the travelling wave has very high precision, but it asks for high speed sampling,a great deal of storage and complex algorithms identifying for travelling wave. It also has some trouble in dealing withdeveloping fault and faults from nearby substation. A new travelling wave recorder is designed with a new sensor fordetecting travelling wave, a GPS clock with high precision and a new way for directly storing the time when fault-generatedtravelling wave reaches every substation. The faults can be precisely located in the transmission network by a GPS travellingwave measuring network that only needs to Install one GPS travelling wave recorder in every substation.
