高铬铸铁合金成分的作用及其选取方法

摘    要:具有优良耐磨性能的高铬白口铸铁属于Fe-C-Cr系三元合金。为改善这种材料的性能,加入了多种合金元素。由于加入的合金成分种类多,范围宽,因此合金成分和加入量的选取是复杂的。本文在分析、综合了国内外大量文献的基础上,结合自己的科研工作, 阐述了主要合金元素的作用,提出了C、Cr、Mo、Cu、Mn、Si、S、P等合金成分的选取方法。此工作对实际生产是非常重要的。

Abstract:High chromiun white cast iron with excellent abrasive resistance belongs to Fe-C-Cr system. To improve the property mang kinds of alloy elements are added to this material. Becaues of many kinds of alloy components and so wide ranges of every component, the selection of alloy components and their amount are rather complicated. By means of analysising and synthesising lots of internal and external references, and combining with our own scientific research the functions of main alloy elements are expounded. In addition, choosing methods of C, Cr, Mo, Cu, Mn, Si, S, and Petc, and their amound are put forward in this paper. This is very important for production practice.
