摘    要:采用开缝石英管火焰原子吸收测定微量汞,并加入一定量的基体改进剂。应用本法测定食品中的微量汞,使汞分析操作十分方便,无需专用附属设备。本方法回收率在98.6%,相对标准偏差为1.03%。

Abstract:It's a good way to use the semi-enclosed quartz-tube flame atomic absorbing method and add fixed amount matrix modifiers into standard solution and sample to measure the micro-mercury of the food. The operating of the method is very convenient and it's no necessary to use auxiliary equipments in applying the method. The rate of recovery of the method is 98. 6 % and the relative standard deviation is 1. 02%.
