摘    要:采用动态SEM原位技术对一种单向炭/炭复合材料(1D-C/C)的拉伸断裂过程进行了跟踪观察。结果表明,该材料为表面多处随机起裂,主裂纹择优扩展,表面裂纹扩展时裂纹尖端的表层热解炭基体发生塑性变形,塑变区形状与由Misses屈服准则所预测的塑性区尺寸符合得很好。

Abstract:Tension fracture process of a unidirectional carbon/carbon composite(1D-C/C) is investigated by means of in-situ SEM technology. The results show that the surface cracks produce occasionally, and the preferred spreading of main crack is controlled by the inner stress-strain field of the materials. The pyrolytic carbons in front of the crack on the surface manifest ductile deformation when the surface crack expands, and the shape of ductile deformation zone fits well with what is expected according to the Von Misses' yield criterion.
