摘    要:磁力显微镜(MFM)的分辨率高达20~50nm,是纳米尺度磁性材料表面磁结构研究新的有力的工具,本文简单介绍了MFM的历史,原理,运作和应用,并介绍了中科院物理所一年来的MFM研究,举了两个实例,最后,以MFM研究的重要问题作了评论。

Abstract:With the lateral resolution of 20~50nm, magnetic force microscope (MFM) has become a new powerful tool in the study of surface magnetic structures of magnetic materials on nanometer scale. The history, principles of MFM and its main applications are briefly introduced. The research work on MFM carried out in the Institute of Physics for more than one year is also presented with two research examples. Finally, some important topics associated with the MFM study are reviewed.
