γ-基因工程干扰素治疗骨髓增生异常综合征的临床研究

26例MDS患者，每日皮下注射IFN－γ5×105～3×106u，其中21例患者可评价疗效。按欧洲疗效标准判定总有效率为429％。3例患者获得PR，6例获MR，9例稳定，2例恶化．按FAB分型，RA有效率为45．5％（5／11），RAS有效率为50％（1／2），RAEB有效率为50％（3／6）。RAEB－T和CMMDL（各1例）均无效。发生最多及持续时间最长的副作用是发热和疲乏，然而用布洛芬后能明显减轻。当IFN－γ剂量＞2×106u／日时，部分患者可出现Hb、WBC、PIt减少，其它副作用一般为轻度及可逆的。

Clinical Observation of Treatment of Myelodysplastic Syndrome with rIFN-γ

Twenty-six cases of myclodysplastic syndrome were subcutaneously injected with rIFN-γ,and the curative effect of 21 of them were evaluated according to Europe curative effect standard. The total effective rate (CR +PR+MR) was 42. 9%, and the effective rate of RA, RAS and RAEB were 45. 5%, 50% and 50% respectively. However, rIFN-γ showed no curative effect on RAEB-T and CMMDL.The most frequent and persistent side effects were fever and fatigue. However, these symptoms were significantly eased after being treated with ibuprofen. When the dosage of rIFN-γ was more than 200 ×106 u/day,the reduction of Hb, WBC or PIt were observed in some patients. The other side effects were mild and reversible.
